I love Amazon. A lot. However lately the prices have been all of the place. I was really interested in this vacuum after reading about it in my Real Simple magazine. With a new car on the way I thought it would be a perfect fit. Real Simple told me the price was forty dollars. Perfect. However as I’m going to order it today (I’m going to buy it elsewhere now) I see the price has went up fifteen dollars. Even though everywhere else is offering it for forty dollars. Why in the world do you feel the need to raise is fifteen dollars? It isn’t a cheap vacuum to begin with. The thing that bugs me the most is that when it was listed at forty dollars it didn’t act like it was on sale. Obviously it wasn’t since everywhere else still has it listed at forty. So it’s like Amazon just raised the price to raise it. Shame on you Amazon. You’re losing my business this time, and I won’t forget this for next time.
Keep some consistency – especially when prices are published in magazines.

MOUTH IS TOO SMALL, WEAK MOTOR, TOO SIMPLE AND WHERE YOU ROLL THE CORD IS IN WRONG PLACE, SHOULD BE BEHIND,NOT AT THE SIDE. AND RETURN IS DIFICULT, SO BETTER KEEP IT FOR ANTIGUE. of course, if you don’t turn on your car,doesn’t work. its not good at all, its a waisting money. don’t buy. no sirve,no funciona,no pierdas tu dinero.

I purchased this vacuum to use on our boat. The only good thing about it was that it could be plugged into one of our auxilliary outlets. The problem is that there is not enough suction to even pick up a dog hair!

My mom insisted on the B&D car vac. She has had them for 20 years and swears by them. This one was not the usual black and got bad reviews but she only wanted the B&D brand. So we bought it. Now she says they don’t make them to pick up like they have all these years and it didn’t have the attachment to reach in the car. We sent it back.

AWESOME!! It comes with a bag that keeps everything together and fits right under the seat of my car for easy storage. Easy to clean. Easy to use and does a great job!!
