I took one tablet with my dinner and within three hours I felt a warming sensation in my chest area and a minty taste in my mouth so I knew something was happening. It kicked in the next morning and well kept kicking in several times throughout the day. I was really surprised how quickly it worked for me considering I only took one pill! In fact I was a little hesitant about taking a pill the next day so I spaced out the pills and now just take 2 a week and I am fine! I can see if this is truly an issue for you simply taking one to two pills a day will keep things moving!
